Q - Why are your fuel prices lower than your competitors?
A - This is the second most asked question asked of us. The first question is, "Are these prices
real?" We can offer these prices because we have a engineering relationship with the refineries that have
authorized us to sell at these prices.
Q - How do I work directly with the refinery for my fuel purchases?
A - Our priority is to get you vetted and approved with our refineries. Once vetted and approved, the
refinery will contact you directly to begin fulfilling your fuel order.
Q - Do I contact Douglas Fuels to make more fuel orders?
A - No, once you are approved with the refinery, you will work exclusively with the refinery for all your fuel needs.
Q - Does Douglas Fuels work with Fuel Resellers?
A - Yes.
Q - Do you require contracts?
A - Yes. We require a minimum 12- month contract.
Q - Do you require minimum monthly quantities?
A - Yes. Please inquire what the minimum purchase volumes are for your desired fuels.
Q - Can I purchase a trial order at first, then sign a contract?
A - Yes, however, you will pay market price for the trial order.
Approval Process
Required Documents:
* Company Information Sheet, or CIS
* Proof of Funds
* Proof of Tank Storage
Note: If CIS does not contain your fuel order, please provide an LOI reflecting this.
To make the registration process easier, please provide all required documentation, as
transparency and credibility can be proven to some extent by the documents provided
at the very beginning of this process.
